Considering the practical aspects of social policy the biggest matter of concern of our company is drawing sharp attention of the society to the problem of waste in Ukraine. We support the development and implementation of programs aimed at shifting of people treatment to waste that leads to the improvement of people’s health, increase of ecological safety and environmental defense. Also we support socially unprotected people, make possible contribution to saving and development communal services, especially of cultural-historic meaning due to serving the historical part of the city. In order to realize strategic problems we assist the cooperation of the authorities, businesses, and non-profitable organizations for solving of social problems that the society faces today.

They are aimed at teaching and professional development, use of motivated schemes of labor payments, to give employees social guarantees, creating conditions for rest, possibility for employees to take part in decision making process of management.

This activity is manifested in policy of informational openness to the owners, suppliers, business-partners, customers and interested parties, in cooperation with state authorities, customer associations, professional unions, other social organizations.
