The city is our wood. Used cardboard packing waste can cover the requirements for materials of modern paper plant for 90 %.

THE COMPANY’S POLICY

The result of my work is a part of the company’s work result.
That is why I accept this policy:

1. “Initiatives”.

There are no “not mine tasks” as we have the common goal. If I see the process, that can be improved, even if this process is not in my terms of responsibility, I must react.
In other words – I can not let myself seat and wait. I’m responsible for what is going on (and what is not going on).

2. “Work in advance”.

I understand that I live in time when the decision speed allows to be the leader. But it is important not only to make decision fast, but also estimate the possible consequences.

3. “Be always in touch”.

I know, if somebody calls me, then they need my help and they need my help immediately. It is not possible to turn back a missed opportunity, as it is impossible to turn back the moisture absorbed in soil. The result of a missed call can be the wrong decision, which can make my company and me poorer.

4. “of the sunset”.

1. Having got the task the person must report:

– till 18-00 of the present day, if the task was given before 15-00 o’clock;
– till 18-00 of the next day, if the task was given after 15-00 o’clock;
– according timing given in the directive
the following information:
– the phase of the directive fulfillment;
– If this is a large directive the executor informs about stages which were stated in the directive including time terms of the fulfillment;
– the final term of each task’s fulfillment;
– the factors, which can influence on the terms of task’s fulfillment and the methods of overcoming of these factors.


2. During discussion of the tasks’ and factors’ fulfillment, which can influence on the terms of fulfillment, it is forbidden:

– to ask the closed questions (which have no any variants of solution);
– use forbidden words answering the question.


That is why I do not allow myself to use such words as:

“I don’t know”, “ I can not”, “I’ve not heard”, “who will do this”, “ Why should I do this”, “ I don’t get money for this work”, “ I came, but you were out”, “ I was looking for, but did not find”, “ I thought he would do this”, “ I thought it was not urgent”, “ I wanted, but I did not manage”, “ It has been”, “ It was before me”.
