Open Join Stock "GreenCo-Zhitomir" company was established on August, 21st, 2006 on the basis of regional structural division "GreenCo-avto". And from September, 1st, 2006 the company began to provide the service of solid domestic waste collection and removing in Zhitomir city. All these started from one car Mersedes-Benz Axor-3028 and 300 euro containers.
Today 3 cars of this mark work in the city and in January, 2009 it is planned to add the fourth. These cars correspond to international ecological standards of "Euro-2" and "Euro-3". There are more than 1000 eurocontainers instilled in the city. The clients of the company are more than 500 enterprises and the organizations of the cities.
In September, 2008 on the occasion of businessman day the company has received the Diploma of executive committee of Zhitomir city council "for a powerful contribution in development of enterprise activity of Zhitomir city". In October, 2008 the enterprise has received an official message of thanks from department of culture and tourism of Zhitomir regional administration for the participation in the ecological action "On the nature without the waste".
